HP Tronic was founded in Ljungby (Sweden) by Stefan Hörberg and Hans Petersson in a 10 sqm garage. The idea from the beginning was not to have any employees.
Stefan Hörberg and Hans Petersson sold HP Tronic to Partnertech.
Stefan Hörberg and Hans Petersson bought back HP Tronic from Partnertech.
HP Tronic Suzhou (China) was founded.
Stefan Hörberg and Fredrik Pettersson acquire the shares from Hans Petersson. Stefan Hörberg thus owns 70% and Fredrik Pettersson 30%.
HP Tronic Pune (India) was founded.
HP Tronic Ruse (Bulgaria) was founded.
Strategic establishment and acquisition in Lund (Sweden) by HP Tronic Ljungby.
HP Tronic acquired Tranås Industrikablage AB, thereby strengthening its capacity in the manufacture of cable harnesses.
Built our first factory in Ljungby.
Acquired the neighboring property in Ljungby and built a new production unit and renovated the existing property.
Acquired industrial property Långgatan Ljungby of 7000 sqm.
Invested in a new production facility of 7200 sqm in Lund.
Acquired the neighboring property to Tranås Industrikablage, expanding the production area by 4000 sqm.
Expanded the production area in Suzhou China by 2500 sqm.
Built a new production area in Ljungby with 1500 sqm.
Began using our new production facility of 7200 sqm in Lund.
